About AromaGo

Who we are, what we do and, just as important, what we don't do.

Please note

AromaGo is an independent, educational website. The aromago.net domain has been used by other, unrelated owners in the past, including an aromatherapy products company. We are not that company, we are not its successor, and we have no connection to its former owners, products or retailers.

We don't sell essential oils or any other products, we don't offer wholesale, and we're not affiliated with any brand, retailer or organization mentioned on this site.

What we do

We publish a small set of practical, regularly reviewed guides for people who want to enjoy essential oils sensibly: what they are, how to use them safely, how to get the best from a diffuser, and how to judge quality when shopping.

What we don't do

How we work

Our guidance draws on public-health and regulatory sources such as the NCCIH, the National Cancer Institute and the FDA, along with widely accepted aromatherapy safety practice. Where evidence is thin, we say so. Read our full editorial standards.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. The site uses semantic headings, descriptive alt text, sufficient colour contrast, visible keyboard focus and a skip link, and it works without JavaScript. If something is hard to use, please let us know through the channel on our contact page.

All content is general and educational. For health concerns, consult a qualified professional.
